Main point they saved my Oriental rug!!! I never stained my rug in 20 years, and for some reason I spilled turmeric tea two different times in two weeks. I made the terrible mistake of trying to clean stains myself, First warm water and soap, and then with a harsher soap when that didn't work. Needless to say, it got far far worse. I totally freaked out, though I completely ruined my rug forever, it seemed like the pink dye bled onto the white And there were enormous brown stains everywhere. Miraculously Oriental rug cleaner was able to clean my rug. I am so grateful - I did not even use the discount that they offer if you drop/pickup the rug yourself because I really value the effort and work they put into it. Do not try to clean your rug yourself, just go to them right away.
